The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Head Cashier to support the Front End Supervisor by coaching and developing Front End and Lot Associates and maintaining front-end coverage through scheduling. This role also serves as the first escalation point for customer issues and ensures a excellent shopping experience.
You will lead by example, promote positive morale, train cashiers, and coordinate staffing to meet business needs while maintaining security and safety standards in a busy retail environment.
