Role Description This is a full-time, in office Project Manager role based in York, ON.

The Project

Manager will oversee restoration projects from initial site assessment through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating field teams and subcontractors, scheduling and tracking project milestones, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The role involves communicating regularly with property owners, insurance representatives, and internal stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues.

The Project

Manager will also support estimating, change orders,



and cost control, while promoting a safe work environment and adherence to company protocols and industry regulations.

Qualifications

- Project planning and coordination skills, including scheduling, task prioritization, and resource management.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in construction, restoration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, insurance partners, and internal teams.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
- Proficiency with project management and documentation tools (e.g., Excel, project management software, CRM systems).
- Knowledge of construction or restoration processes, building materials, and job-site safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, estimates, and basic drawings or plans.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites within the Toronto/York area as required.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field is an asset.
- Previous experience in insurance restoration, property damage assessment, or emergency response is considered an advantage.
