Senior ERP Project Manager – Digital Transformation

Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 + Performance Bonus

We're seeking an experienced Senior ERP Project Manager to lead a large-scale cloud ERP implementation and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation. This is an exciting chance to play a key role in a multi-year technology modernization initiative with strong executive support and significant organizational impact.

What You'll Do

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a cloud-based ERP implementation.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and drive organizational change.
- Coordinate vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Establish project governance, reporting, and project management best practices.
- Support data migration, business process improvements,



and enterprise technology transformation initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Project Management experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end ERP implementations (Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP Business One, or similar).
- Experience managing data migration and transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Experience with organizational change management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or another cloud CRM platform is considered an asset.
- PMP certification is preferred.
