In this role, you’ll lead the coordination of our pre-construction process—working closely with our clients, Architectural Technologist, Project Manager, trade partners, and suppliers to transform ideas into fully planned, construction-ready custom homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

✔️ Collaboration on design development

✔️ Client meetings, including selections and detail gathering

✔️ Project specifications and scope development

✔️ Material estimating and quantity take-offs

✔️ Budget development and cost management

✔️ Procurement and supplier sourcing

✔️ Contract and trade partner negotiations

✔️ Invoice review and cost verification

From the first client meeting through to construction readiness, you’ll play a key role in every project’s success. Your planning, coordination, and attention to detail ensure every home is set up for a smooth, well-executed build. Once construction begins,



you’ll continue supporting our Project Manager with the planning and insight that brought the project together.
