We’re looking for motivated, outgoing university students to join our team as Campus Promoters. Your role will be to help us introduce students to an exciting business and leadership opportunity on campus.

This is a great position for someone who is not afraid to speak up, approach people, and start conversations. You don’t need previous sales or marketing experience. We’re looking for people who are confident, personable, and willing to put themselves out there.

You’ll have the opportunity to earn money, build your communication and sales skills, meet new people, and gain experience that you can actually put on your résumé.

Responsibilities

- Promote our business and leadership opportunities to fellow students
- Clearly explain the opportunity and answer basic questions in front of a university level class
- Encourage interested students to learn more or book a follow-up conversation
- Represent our company in a professional and energetic way
- Help create awareness through campus events, booths, and other promotional activities
- Track your outreach and follow up with interested students
- Work independently while taking direction from our recruiting team
