Property Manager – Flagship Condominium (Two-Tower Community)
Location: Toronto, ON
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 base + bonus + rrsp matching + benefits

This is not a typical property management role. We are representing a top-tier, fully integrated real estate developer-builder with a 70+ year legacy of delivering some of the most recognizable residential communities in the GTA. They are seeking a Property Manager to play a key role supporting operations at a flagship, two-tower condominium community in the heart of Toronto — a highly visible asset within their portfolio. This role offers a rare prospect to:

The Role
As the Property Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of a high-profile condominium community, working closely with the Senior Property Manager and Board of Directors. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, resident satisfaction, and compliance, while gaining exposure to larger-scale property management responsibilities. This is a growth-oriented role, ideal for someone ready to step into a more complex, high-visibility environment. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Support the Senior Property Manager and Board of Directors in day-to-day operations and governance
Assist in managing the overall performance of a flagship two-tower community
Coordinate with vendors and service providers, ensuring service levels and contract expectations are met
Enforce condominium by-laws, rules, and declarations
Assist with budget preparation, financial tracking, and reporting
Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on maintenance, repairs, and deficiencies
Support and attend board meetings, AGMs, and resident communications
Respond to resident inquiries and service requests in a professional and timely manner
Assist with emergency response planning and health & safety compliance
Collaborate with on-site staff, including administrators and support personnel
Who You Are
3+ years of residential condominium property management experience
CMRAO General License (required)
Progression toward RCM designation (considered an asset)
Strong communication skills with a focus on client and resident service
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented with exposure to budgets and financial reporting A proactive, team-oriented professional eager to grow into a senior role
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
