About OLH Group
OLH Group is a rapidly expanding, Ontario-wide property management and landlord legal services company. We specialize in full-service residential property management, eviction enforcement, and Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) support for landlords across Ontario.

The Role
This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role managing active rental portfolios and landlord relationships.
You will
- Manage residential rental portfolios
- Oversee rent collection and arrears management
- Handle tenant communication and escalations
- Coordinate maintenance and vendor scheduling
- Conduct inspections and ensure RTA compliance
- Work alongside our legal team on LTB-related matters and evictions
- Communicate regularly with landlords by phone, email, and text
- Support operational improvements as we scale
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of property management experience
- Strong understanding of Ontario’s Residential Tenancies Act (RTA)
- Experience handling rent arrears, tenant disputes, and enforcement
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Confident handling difficult conversations professionally
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Team-oriented and growth-focused
Paralegal licensing is not required, but is considered a strong asset. Experience working with LTB processes and eviction files is also a strong asset.
Communication Requirement (Important)
This role involves a high volume of daily communication with landlords, tenants, and clients by phone and email.

- Robust spoken communication skills
- The ability to speak clearly and professionally on the phone
- Strong written communication (emails, notices, documentation)
