The Role
As a Proposal Coordinator, you'll work closely with recruiters, candidates, and our bid team to prepare winning submissions for Government of Canada and professional services opportunities. You'll review resumes, analyze requirements, create candidate summaries, and ensure submission packages are compliant, accurate, and ready for delivery. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Partner with recruiters, candidates, and proposal teams to develop high-quality submission packages.
Review, enhance, and tailor resumes, project descriptions, and professional experience summaries to align with client requirements.
Analyze Statements of Work (SOWs), evaluation criteria, and solicitation requirements to determine candidate suitability.
Map candidate qualifications against requirements and identify gaps requiring clarification or additional information.
Prepare candidate profiles, qualification summaries, compliance matrices, and submission documentation.
Gather, validate, and organize supporting documentation, including certifications, education, security clearances, and project experience.
Collaborate with candidates and internal stakeholders to collect and verify information needed for submissions.
Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve content development, quality, and operational efficiency.
Support multiple concurrent opportunities while maintaining accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
What You Bring To The
Table 3+ years of experience preparing resource submissions, qualification summaries, compliance matrices and evaluation grids for Government bids.
Ability to analyze requirements and align information to evaluation criteria.
Excellent communication and information-gathering skills.
Familiar with TBIPS, TSPS, ProServices, THS, SBIPS, or similar Government of Canada qualified services procurement vehicles.
Experience enhancing, tailoring, and validating resumes for proposal submissions involving IT consultants and technology professionals.
Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and document formatting skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills,
and the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.
Experience with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, etc. is highly valued.
