Summary
We are seeking a dedicated RPN Clinical Placement Coordinator to join our team in the United States. This vital role involves coordinating clinical placements for nursing students, ensuring they gain valuable hands-on experience aligned with their educational goals. Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical placement schedules for nursing students to ensure timely and effective placements.
- Liaise with healthcare facilities and preceptors to facilitate student integration.
- Maintain accurate records of student placements and related documentation.
- Support students throughout their clinical experiences, addressing any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with academic staff to align placements with curriculum requirements.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Assist in the development of new clinical partnerships to expand placement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in coordinating clinical placements or similar roles within healthcare education.
- Strong understanding of nursing education and clinical requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with healthcare facilities and academic institutions.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Preferred: Experience working with Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) or similar healthcare professionals.
- Preferred: Previous experience in a college or educational setting.
