About The Role We're looking for economists with public policy experience to help shape how AI understands and communicates economic reasoning. Your expertise will directly influence how the next generation of AI models analyzes regulation, welfare policy, and applied economics — making a real-world impact from wherever you work.

Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review and evaluate AI-generated public policy and applied economics content for accuracy and rigor
Assess economic reasoning across topics including regulation, welfare programs, fiscal policy, and market design
Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve clarity, analytical depth, and real-world relevance
Validate AI-generated policy scenarios, conclusions, and tradeoff analyses using your skilled expertise
Work independently and asynchronously on a schedule that fits your life Who You Are 3+ years of experience working or teaching in public policy, applied economics, or a related field
Strong command of policy analysis frameworks and economic tradeoffs
Able to critically assess written economic arguments and provide clear, constructive feedback
Detail-oriented and reliable when working independently on deadline-driven tasks Nice to Have Graduate degree in Economics, Public Policy, or a related discipline
Background in government, think tanks, policy research, or academia
