The Role

We are seeking a meticulous QA/QC Officer to ensure that all fabrication, welding, pipeline installation, and facility maintenance works strictly adhere to international codes, client specifications, and company quality procedures. You will manage non-conformance reports, prepare Quality Control plans, and oversee third-party inspections.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inspections: Conduct daily visual inspections of welding, coating, painting, and structural

alignment on site.
1. Documentation: Review and compile Material Test Certificates (MTCs), Welding Procedure

Specifications (WPS), and final Quality Dossiers for clients.
1. Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to ASME, API, and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
2. Audits & NCRs: Identify quality failures, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and follow





up on corrective actions. Requirements & Qualifications

1 Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering or metallurgy-related disciplines.

1. 3+ years of active QA/QC experience in pipeline construction, pressure vessels, or structural

fabrication. 3.Relevant certifications (e.g., CSWIP 3.1, AWS, or NACE Level 1) are a significant advantage.

4 Solid ability to read and interpret isometric drawings and welding symbols.
