You will be joining a group of Family Physicians and Nurse Practitioners working in an Alternative Payment Plan. This is a shared care practice model, providing primary care services to the 5000 patient population in the communities of Fort St. James, Nak’azdli Whut’en, Tl’azt’en Nation and Binche Whut’en.

The Primary Care Centre at the new Natsooojeh Hospital and Health Centre is a comprehensive healthcare facility providing a wide range of healthcare services. It offers primary care, chronic disease management, walk-in clinic services, pre and postnatal care, immunizations, child health clinics, wound care, and more. The centre also provides mental health and addictions support, social work services, and virtual care options such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and psychiatry. They have outreach programs for First Nations communities and offer assistance with forms, housing applications, food security, and navigating healthcare systems.
