QE Automation Engineer

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 4 days per week onsite

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Quality Engineer with 7+ years of experience in QE Automation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and REST Assured, along with experience in test automation frameworks, API testing, build systems, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

- Test Automation Frameworks

- Page Object Model (POM)
- Waits
- Browser Drivers
- Grid/Cloud Execution
- Strong experience with REST Assured for API testing , including:
- Request/Response Specifications
- Schema Validation
- Experience with Maven or Gradle build systems.
- Proficiency with TestNG or JUnit for test organization and reporting.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD platforms, with Azure DevOps preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Proven experience working in large-scale enterprise or regulated industries, ideally within financial services.
