- Support development teams in the integration of best practices in performance, load and resilience testing;

- Design and plan application performance testing strategies;

- Perform load tests and analyze the results obtained;

- Produce deliverables and recommendations aimed at improving application quality;

- Integrate automated performance testing with continuous integration and deployment mechanisms;

- Advise teams on tools, approaches, and strategies to improve application performance and stability;

- Contribute to the evolution of the Centre of Excellence's standards, frameworks and best practices;





- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for continuous improvement.

The Profile Sought Is As Follows

- Experience with LoadRunner and Gatling tools;

- Have expertise in load testing and application performance;

- Be familiar with complementary tools such as JMeter;

- Use monitoring and observability platforms such as Dynatrace;

- Master DevOps practices, continuous integration and deployment, and test automation;

- Act as a consultant to development teams and stakeholders;

- Demonstrate excellent collaboration and communication skills.
