Receptionist / Customer Experience Representative

At Parkway Ford Sales , we're looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Receptionist to become the face of our dealership. This is much more than answering phones—you're the first smile customers see, the voice that welcomes them, and an essential part of a fast-paced team that delivers an exceptional experience every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Answer and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls.
- Assist customers, sales staff, and service teams with administrative support.
- Process payments and prepare receipts accurately.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
- Support dealership operations with filing, data entry, and other office tasks.
- Help ensure every customer leaves with a great impression of Parkway Ford.

What We're Looking For





- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help people.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer applications.
- Previous customer service or reception experience is an asset—but we'll train the right person.
