This is more than a receptionist position. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Your Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will help ensure the clinic runs smoothly by:

- Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
- Booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments
- Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and warmth
- Processing invoices and payments
- Managing clinic email correspondence
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Preparing treatment rooms between patients
- Cleaning treatment beds and maintaining a clean, organized clinic environment
- Supporting daily administrative operations
- Working closely with practitioners to keep the clinic running efficiently
- Managing projects and timelines
- Social media marketing through instagram and facebook

Bonus Skills (Not Required) We would love to hear from applicants who also have experience or interest in:
- Social media management
- Content creation
- Marketing
- Project management
- Graphic design
- Photography or video editing
- Website or technology experience
