Sherwood Honda is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our dealership, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors or calls the dealership. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a quick-paced environment, and love staying organized, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming calls through our multi-line phone system.
- Assist customers by directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing mail and courier shipments.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Assist with meeting room bookings and administrative tasks as needed.
- Support various departments with day-to-day administrative duties.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.

What We're Looking For




- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer programs.
- Previous reception or administrative experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person.
