Dusk Physiotherapy is currently seeking a reliable and personable Receptionist to join our team at our North Brampton location. This position is for Full time position.

We are a busy interdisciplinary healthcare practice providing physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, and medical services. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical workplace.

Key Qualifications:

- Outgoing, confident, and able to provide excellent patient service
- Solid multitasking skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience with patient scheduling, billing, invoicing, and payment processing
- Comfortable handling point-of-sale transactions (VISA, MasterCard, debit, cash)
- Knowledge of insurance claims processing and direct billing
- Knowledge of Janeapp EMR or any other EMR system




- Proficiency with computer software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jane
- Previous experience in a medical, rehabilitation, or clinical setting is considered an asset

Position Details:

- Hours: Monday-Thursday 10-7pm Friday 9-2pm
- Compensation: $20–$22/hour
- Location: 11755 Bramalea Road, Brampton
