Manor, a part of the Mississippi River Health Alliance, is seeking a dedicated Recreation Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate has a Degree or diploma in Recreational Therapy and two years of experience in a hospital or long-term care setting. You'll work collaboratively with a caring staff to ensure a protected, engaging, and supportive environment for our 112 residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute recreational activities for residents
- Collaborate with the care team to enhance resident well-being
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures




- Document each resident's participation and progress
- Assist with mobility and transportation as needed Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Recreational Therapy or similar
- Two years of experience in healthcare setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and RAI-MDS knowledge
- Class “F” driver’s license valid and in good standing
- Strong empathetic and caring attitude towards residents Contribute your skills in recreational therapy while improving the quality of life for residents at Fairview Manor.
