Role Summary The Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract) is responsible for assisting the full cycle recruitment process and will report to the Human Resources Manager. This will be inclusive of screening candidates, interview scheduling and offer letter generation. This role will require strong organizational skills and effective multitasking abilities.
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, which will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment across Canada for both hourly and salaried positions, ensuring a seamless, timely, and positive hiring experience.
- Coordinate recruitment activities by partnering closely with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, while ensuring all hiring processes comply with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
- Manage and administer the onboarding process for recent hires in Canada, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed, processed, and maintained.
- Maintain, update, and ensure data accuracy within the company’s document management systems and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in production-level recruiting and recruitment coordination.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems.
