Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Vaughan, ON. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities with clients and internal stakeholders.

The Recruitment

Specialist will create and post job ads, leverage social media and other channels to attract talent, and maintain candidate databases and records. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients and candidates,



ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process. The role also involves supporting onboarding and training coordination to help new hires transition smoothly into their positions.

Qualifications

- Strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Proficiency in Interviewing and candidate assessment to identify qualifications and fit.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and candidates.
- Experience with Training or onboarding support for new personnel.
- Knowledge of staffing best practices and basic employment regulations.
- Ability to work on-site in Vaughan, ON.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Experience in an agency or multi-industry staffing environment is an asset.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common office software tools.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
