Hi-Point AutoCare in Mill Bay is looking to add a Red Seal (strongly preferred) Automotive Technician to our team!

We are seeking a dependable and experienced technician that will deliver quality repair services and exceptional customer service. If you are looking for a reliable, full time position with a great team, we would love to hear from you.

Position details

- Position: Red Seal Automotive Technician (strongly preferred)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Employment type: Full Time

Role and Responsibilities

- Diagnose, repair and maintain a wide range of vehicles.
- Perform seasonal inspections, oil changes, brakes, steering, suspension, tire repairs, engine repairs and more.
- Recommend required repairs to customers in a friendly and comprehensive manner.
- Accurately and in detail record repairs that are needed and that have been complete, keeping track of parts used and that are still needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work space.

Qualifications

- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Valid drivers license.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, professional, honest, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate with customers in a friendly, informative and compassionate manner over the phone or in person.

Requirements

- Red Seal Automotive Service Technician Certification, Strongly Preferred.
- PPE: steel or composite toe shoes or boots, hearing protection, eye protection.
- Well equipped tool box.
