We're accepting applications now and will begin active recruitment in September/October 2026.
Altea is not another big box gym. It is not a boutique studio. It is an integrated fitness and wellness destination, and Reformer Pilates in the Align Studio is one of the most in-demand formats we offer.
The Align Studio is equipped with spring-loaded Balanced Body reformers with adjustable resistance. Every class is designed to develop control, mobility, and stability engaging multiple muscle groups simultaneously, challenging coordination, improving posture, and deepening the mind-body connection. Small class sizes mean every participant gets real coaching, not just a group experience.
The instructor who teaches here sets the standard for what that investment delivers. Every cue, every correction, every transition carries weight.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver structured, technically precise Reformer classes that progress participants over time. Your programming has clear intent, appropriate spring loading, and thoughtful sequencing that challenges every level in the room.
- Coach the equipment and the body simultaneously. You use spring tension, footbar position, and strap configuration as coaching tools. Setup is not just logistics — it is part of the coaching.
- Manage the room. You orient current participants, monitor form across multiple reformers simultaneously, and cue corrections clearly without disrupting the flow of the class.
- Build a community. Reformer members are some of the most engaged in the club. You learn their names, track their progressions, and build the kind of trust that makes them refer people they care about.
- Show up prepared. Equipment is set and checked before the first participant arrives. The pre and post class sequence is delivered to standard every time.
WHO YOU ARE
Technically exceptional and genuinely invested in the people on your reformers. You understand that the quality of this class lives in the details.
- You are a real coach.
You see misalignment and compensation patterns and you correct them with clarity and confidence without making participants feel judged.
- You are coachable. Feedback is how the program stays excellent. You receive it without ego and apply it.
- You are consistent. Your standard does not change based on how full the room is or what time it is.
- You are professional. You represent Altea in the studio and throughout the club with pride and polish.
