The Opportunity

This role combines the best of both worlds:

Service Work

Diagnosing issues, solving problems, and keeping critical systems operating.

Project Work

Building, installing, commissioning, and upgrading refrigeration systems that support major grocery and retail operations.

You'll have opportunities to





- Work on both service and project assignments
- Troubleshoot complex refrigeration systems
- Participate in supermarket renovations and retrofit projects
- Install and commission new equipment
- Support major refrigeration upgrades across Saskatchewan
- Build your expertise alongside highly skilled technicians

One day you'll save a customer from a costly refrigeration failure. The next, you'll help deliver a major project that keeps a store operating for years to come.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration issues quickly and accurately
- Service and maintain commercial and industrial HVACR systems
- Install, retrofit, and upgrade refrigeration equipment
- Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
- Support projects from installation through commissioning
- Complete digital service and project documentation
- Build robust customer relationships through professionalism and technical expertise
- Maintain all safety and company standards

Qualifications

Required:

✅ Journeyperson Refrigeration Certification or Registered Apprentice (3rd or 4th Year) ✅ Minimum 3+ years of refrigeration experience or strong apprentice progression

✅ Supermarket refrigeration experience

✅ Experience with rack systems, remodels, retrofits, and commissioning

✅ Ability to participate in an on-call rotation

✅ Valid Class 5 Driver's License
