As a Regional Manager at Canuel Caterers, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and performance of multiple locations within your assigned district. We operate the Food and Beverage services in over 52 high school cafeterias throughout the lower mainland, which inlcude Vancouver, North Vancouver, Richmond, Delta, Coquitlam, Surrey, Langley, Aldergrove, Abbotsofrd and Chilliwack. The sucessful candidates will be overseeing 6-10 cafeteria's by supporting staff, providing training, and ensuring all company policies are being followed.

Responsibilities:

The following is an example of what this job entitles:

· Assisting in training staff with a hands-on approach.

· Conduct regular cafe visits to monitor performance, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company standards

· Provide feedback and motivation while working side by side with each staff member while ensuring all company standards and policies are being followed.





· Check the quality and freshness of food and take immediate actions to correct deficiencies.

· Monitor daily prep and waste sheets. Follow up with issues.

· Filling in shifts when needed

· Attending monthly managers meetings at our head office in Surrey.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in supervising multiple locations or as a District Manager in a similar industry an asset
- Exceptional leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams towards success

* Valid Drivers License *Must pass a Criminal Record Check

*Food Safe Certificate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Seasonal

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
