We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Regional Manager to oversee our Ottawa and Montreal pop-up event operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned retail, event, or regional operations professional who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities The Regional Manager will take ownership of pop-up event execution in the Ottawa and Montreal markets, ensuring every event runs smoothly, professionally, and according to AZAZIE's operational standards.

You will serve as the senior on-site leader during events, coordinating staff, managing event flow, resolving operational issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience from setup through teardown.

- Lead and manage AZAZIE pop-up events in Ottawa and Montreal.
- Act as the primary in office manager during event setup, operating hours, and teardown.
- Ensure all event operations are executed efficiently and according to company standards.




- Coordinate event staff and assign responsibilities throughout the event.
- Monitor customer flow and maintain an organized, welcoming shopping environment.
- Handle unexpected operational issues calmly and professionally.
- Communicate with venue staff and company management as needed.
- Ensure merchandise, fitting rooms, displays, and customer areas are properly organized.
- Complete post-event reporting and provide feedback for future events.
- Travel between Ottawa and Montreal for scheduled events.

Compensation

- Reginal Manager: $26-28/hour

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in retail management, event management, hospitality, or regional operations.
- Previous experience managing large retail events, pop-up stores, trade shows, or high-volume customer environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Professional communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset.
- Comfortable working long event days and being on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to travel between Ottawa and Montreal.

Preferred

- 1–2 years of experience in bridal, formalwear, or retail
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
