Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Regional Marketing Coordinator to drive local, grassroots marketing efforts for our Comfort Zone brand. This is a hybrid role perfect for a hands-on marketer who thrives as an individual contributor. In this position, you will act as the lead community representative to drive customer growth and build brand credibility.

Upon establishing a successful local strategy, you will document and execute this playbook to support our expansion into newly acquired markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Spearhead and execute comprehensive local marketing initiatives for our Comfort Zone brand, driving localized brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create, optimize, and launch a scalable marketing framework designed for seamless integration into each current market the company enters.




- Strategically manage and optimize local paid advertising campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Own and continuously optimize the company’s Google Business Profile, and identify and coordinate high-impact local community sponsorships.
- Travel regularly within the region to provide on-site marketing support and ensure a unified brand presence across all branch locations.

Requirements

- 2 to 4 years of experience in local or Small to Medium Business marketing.
- Capable of working highly independently as the sole on-site marketer, taking full ownership of local initiatives.
- Solid interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting in person with local stakeholders.
- Previous marketing experience in home services or trades is considered an asset
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
