Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations of maintenance and support staff
• Supervise team performance and training initiatives
• Oversee building systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate vendor performance and contract adherence
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of experience in facility management
• Solid team leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Relevant education in Facility Management or equivalent
• Must be a Canadian citizen eligible for Secret security clearance
