Jabr's Center for Autism is dedicated to helping children and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder develop the skills, independence, confidence, and abilities they need to reach their full potential.

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and highly motivated Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A. (Ont.)) / BCBA to lead and supervise our ABA programming.

The children attending our centre have already received an autism diagnosis from qualified healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will focus on assessing each child's individual strengths and needs, developing evidence-based ABA programs, supervising our ABA team, and continuously measuring and improving outcomes.

Key Responsibilities The RBA/BCBA will be responsible for:

- Conducting comprehensive behavioural and skills assessments for children with autism.
- Identifying each child's strengths, needs, barriers, and priority areas for development.
- Developing individualized ABA treatment and intervention plans with clear, measurable goals.
- Creating programs targeting areas such as:
- Communication and language
- Social skills and peer interaction
- Daily living and independence
- Emotional and behavioural regulation
- School-readiness and learning skills
- Play and leisure skills
- Adaptive functioning
- Reduction of behaviours that interfere with learning, participation, safety, or quality of life
- Breaking treatment goals into specific programs and tasks that can be implemented by ABA therapists.
- Providing clear written protocols and instructions to ABA staff.
- Assigning appropriate programs and responsibilities to ABA therapists based on each child's treatment plan.
- Training, coaching,



and providing ongoing supervision to ABA therapists and other direct-care staff.
- Observing ABA sessions and providing constructive feedback to therapists.
- Establishing appropriate data-collection systems for each program.
- Reviewing and analyzing behavioural and skill-acquisition data regularly.
- Measuring each child's progress and modifying programming when necessary.
- Conducting regular treatment-plan and progress reviews.
- Maintaining accurate documentation, progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Collaborating with parents/caregivers and providing recommendations to support generalization of skills at home and in the community.
- Working collaboratively with other professionals involved in the child's care when appropriate.
- Ensuring all ABA services are ethical, evidence-based, child-centred, and delivered with dignity and respect.
- Helping establish and maintain high standards throughout Jabr's Center for Autism.

Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing as a Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A. (Ont.)) with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO).
- BCBA credential is considered a strong asset.
- Experience providing ABA services to children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Experience developing individualized ABA treatment plans and skill-acquisition programs.
- Demonstrated experience supervising and training ABA therapists or other direct-service staff.
- Strong understanding of behavioural assessment, data collection, data analysis, and evidence-based ABA practices.




- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with children, families, therapists, and other professionals.
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, neurodiversity-aware, and person-centred services.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check and appropriate professional liability insurance, as required.

We want a leader who will actively work with our children and ABA team—observing children, identifying meaningful goals, designing effective programs, training therapists, reviewing data, and continuously adjusting treatment based on each child's progress.

Our goal is to create a strong structure where:

RBA/BCBA assesses → develops the individualized plan → creates programs and goals → trains and supervises ABA therapists → ABA therapists implement the programs → RBA/BCBA reviews data and progress → programming is adjusted as the child develops.
