Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educators & and Assistants to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere. Your energy and leadership will inspire children’s learning experiences while ensuring their well-being and development are prioritized.

Responsibilities

- Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to children's developmental stages
- Support children with daily routines, including meals, naps, and hygiene practices
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members through clear communication
- Monitor and document children's progress, behavior, and special needs using organizational skills
- Assist in creating a welcoming classroom environment that promotes safety and exploration




- Collaborate with colleagues to develop individualized plans for children with disabilities or special education needs
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incident reports, and other administrative tasks using computer skills

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in early childhood settings or classrooms is highly preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education environments is an asset
- Bilingual abilities in English and French are desirable to support diverse families
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, teaching strategies, and classroom management techniques
- Proficiency in computer operation for record keeping and documentation purposes
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Leadership qualities that encourage teamwork and foster a positive learning environment

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour
