About the Role

“The Image of the Child” will be the lens by which we make all of our decisions. At Applejacks, you will work with a passionate team of like-minded colleagues who enjoy creating and collaborating to make their careers and work environments healthy and safe places for both the children and the educator.

Responsibilities





- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children
- Create a protected and nurturing workplace for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Utilize technology for lesson planning, documentation, and communication

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer operation and ability to use educational software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead a classroom and manage behavior effectively
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
