Inspire Montessori is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our growing team.

We are hiring for our:

- Toddler/Pre-Casa Program (15 months – 2.5 years)
- Preschool/Casa Program (2.5 – 6 years)

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and implement engaging learning experiences that support children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development in accordance with the Early Learning for Every Child Today (ELECT) framework.
- Create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment with age-appropriate materials and activities.
- Observe, document, and assess children's development, interests, and progress to support individualized learning and development.
- Foster positive relationships while modelling respectful communication, self-regulation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Build strong partnerships with families through ongoing, professional communication regarding children's progress and daily experiences.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children by following centre policies, licensing regulations, and the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA).
- Complete all required documentation, including attendance records, observations, incident reports, and developmental records accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership to create a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)



(RECE required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children in a licensed childcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development, the ELECT framework, and Ontario licensing requirements.
- Excellent classroom management, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- French language skills are considered an asset but are not required.
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C Certification (or willingness to obtain before employment).
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check (required upon hire).
- Up-to-date health and immunization records, including a 2-Step TB test and proof of required immunizations.
