Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring each client receives a personalized and satisfying experience.

The Massage

Therapist will work in a serene environment dedicated to health and relaxation, helping clients achieve their wellness goals through expert touch and care.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their health concerns and preferences.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments and client progress while respecting confidentiality.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments.
- Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standards.




- Promote a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive client relationships.
- Stay current with industry best practices and continue professional development through training sessions or certifications.

Experience

- Prior experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not required; we welcome current graduates with relevant training.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions is advantageous for understanding client needs.
- Strong customer service skills to create a comfortable environment for clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients’ concerns and explain treatment options clearly.
- Certification or licensing as required by state regulations for massage therapy practice is necessary. Pay: $45.00-$65.00 per hour
