Lighthouse Wellness Centre is a private, women-led multidisciplinary wellness practice in Brandon, MB, serving individuals, couples, and families from age 3 up. Our core team, made up of counselling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, and more, works daily with clients carrying chronic stress, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation, many of whom would benefit from bodywork as part of their care. If you're an RMT looking to work within a mental-health-informed practice — building relationships with clients over time, collaborating with a clinical team, and treating bodywork as part of a bigger picture of care — this is a chance to help build that from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

- Assess client needs and contraindications before each treatment, adjusting technique accordingly
- Deliver therapeutic massage treatments (relaxation, deep tissue, prenatal, or condition-specific, depending on your scope), with particular relevance to clients managing chronic tension, stress, or trauma-related presentations
- Document treatment notes and relevant client history in EHR software.
- Help shape intake questions, room setup, and appointment length standards as our first RMT
- Set your own weekly booking targets and treatment offerings

- Included in intake conversations as a standard offered service, not an opt-in add-on
- Scheduled check-ins during your first 3 months to problem-solve caseload growth together

Must have:

- Certification from a recognized RMT program (Manitoba)
- Current professional liability insurance

Nice to have:

- Interest or experience in trauma-informed or stress-related bodywork

Compensation: split percentage model, with a competitive persession fee set collaboratively based on discipline standards. Employment type: Contract / Self-employed. Full- or part-time caseload welcome.
