Hiring FEMALE RMT

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our clinic. The ideal candidate will provide skilled massage services that promote relaxation, relieve tension, and support overall health and well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive experience for all clients.

Duties

- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage.

- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized massage plans.

- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards.

- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences.

- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend follow-up treatments as appropriate.

- Ensure excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client inquiries professionally.





- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education requirements.

Requirements

- Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist.

- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions treated through massage therapy.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.

- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures and address client concerns clearly.

- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a caring attitude at all times.

- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.

- A genuine interest in promoting health and wellness through massage therapy.

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
