Schedule: Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday preferred
Reports to: Clinic Manager
Compensation Range: 60/40 split per service in favour of the contractor. Negotiable based on experience.

Our clinics bring together Neurologists, Physicians, Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Clinical Counsellors, Psychiatrists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, and other healthcare professionals to help patients recover from life-changing injuries and return to meaningful daily function.
As a Registered Massage Therapist at iScope, your work will directly support patients recovering from:
- Concussion and brain injury
- Chronic pain
- Motor vehicle accident-related injuries
- Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Soft tissue injuries and whiplash
- Neurological impairments

Your Impact
As a Registered Massage Therapist with iScope, you will play an important role in helping patients recover from injury, reduce pain, improve function, and regain quality of life through evidence-informed and patient-centered care.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver safe, effective,
and therapeutic massage treatments using evidence-informed practices
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Support patients experiencing concussion symptoms, chronic pain, soft tissue injury, orthopedic conditions, neurological impairments, and motor vehicle accident-related injuries
- Provide care in alignment with ICBC treatment protocols, documentation standards, and billing procedures
- Submit initial assessments and treatment extension reports using ICBC’s HCP portal
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress effectively
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients on recovery timelines, therapeutic goals, and self-management strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Stay current with best practices, research, and professional development opportunities
What You Bring

Ideal candidates will have:
- Registration and good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC)
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- A patient-centered and evidence-informed approach to care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary workplace
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
Preferred Assets:
- Experience treating concussion and chronic pain populations
- Experience working with ICBC and motor vehicle accident-related injuries
- Knowledge of ICBC treatment extension and reporting processes
- Experience working within interdisciplinary healthcare settings
- Experience using EMR systems and digital documentation platforms
Education, Training, and Experience
- Completion of an accredited Massage Therapy program
- Registration and good standing with CCHPBC
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Experience working with MVA patients or in a rehabilitation setting considered an asset
