Registered Massage Therapist – TMJ, Facial & Lymphatic Massage

Recharge Health is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist who is drawn to slower, intentional treatment and wants to develop a practice focused on TMJ, therapeutic facial massage, lymphatic care, and nervous-system-centred treatment.

This is an opportunity for an RMT who wants to develop a more focused clinical skill set while still providing effective therapeutic massage for pain, tension, stress, and recovery.

You don't need experience in every advanced modality. We're looking for the right practitioner, treatment style, and willingness to learn.

Develop Your Clinical Focus

You'll have the chance to learn Recharge Health's approach to Therapeutic Facial Massage and intra-oral TMJ treatment directly from co-owner and RMT Leandra Antonello.

Training or experience in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a strong asset. We're particularly interested in an RMT who would like to help develop and grow lymphatic care as a focused offerring within their practice.

- Marketing & client acquisition: We actively invest in marketing to bring new clients into the clinic and build awareness of our practitioners and focus areas.
- Late cancellation protection: Earn your applicable treatment rate for cancellations and no-shows within our 48-hour policy.
- Supportive clinic environment: Work alongside other RMTs and Osteopathic Manual Practitioners, with opportunities for appropriate referrals, collaboration, and shared clinical knowledge.

Who We're Looking For

- A Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO, or a graduating Massage Therapy student awaiting registration
- A practitioner with a naturally slower, intentional and therapeutic treatment style
- Someone interested in the connection between the nervous system, muscular tension, pain, and recovery
- An RMT interested in developing skills in TMJ treatment, including intra-oral work and therapeutic facial massage, and lymphatic care
- Someone who values clinical autonomy while still enjoying referrals and collaboration with other practitioners
- A practitioner who wants to build a consistent, long-term caseload

About Recharge Health Recharge Health is a growing boutique clinic in Thorold focused on Massage Therapy and Osteopathy. Our approach brings together hands-on treatment, movement, pain relief, and nervous-system regulation to help our clients feel and function better.

We're looking for the right RMT to develop their own practice within Recharge Health and grow alongside the clinic.
