Your role is critical in ensuring the sustainability and safety of community infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in the bid process
• Analyze labor, equipment, and materials pricing
• Precisely interpret and validate technical specifications




• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for pricing accuracy
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of estimating experience in construction
• Relevant degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
• Proven skills in project collaboration and coordination
• Robust analytical skills for project expense evaluation
