This role is ideal for a senior technician who enjoys solving complex HVAC challenges while guiding and supporting a team to deliver outstanding results.You will play a key role in maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency across residential and commercial HVAC projects, acting as both a technical expert and a hands-on leader.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and supervise HVAC technicians on-sitePerform advanced HVAC installations, maintenance, and repair workDiagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues efficientlyDeliver excellent customer service through clear communication and professionalismEnsure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and regulationsManage tools, materials, and inventory for assigned projectsConduct preventative maintenance and system inspectionsComplete service reports, job documentation, and time tracking accuratelySupport scheduling, dispatching,
