We offer technologies such as 3D Mapping and Navigation systems, Radiofrequency Ablation catheters, and Diagnostic Catheters for treating atrial fibrillation (AFib).The EP Mapping Specialist will spend their first year gaining expertise in Boston Scientific technology while obtaining extensive professional development to ensure readiness for success in this hands‑on, field‑based role. Once training is complete, the specialist will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance, training, and support to physicians, EP lab staff, and sales representatives in an assigned geography, aiming to meet and exceed business goals.Please note that relocation assistance is available for the selected candidate within Canada. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time.Responsibilities- Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of EP diagnostic and ablation technologies, including EP mapping and recording systems.- Attend procedures in cardiac CV/EP labs of hospital accounts to provide clinical support and promote BSC AF Solutions products.- Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of AF Solutions products through presentations and demonstrations using slides, transparencies, and manuals.- Meet with existing and potential customers, traveling up to 25%,



to identify clinical needs and demonstrate training on company products.- Develop relationships with hospital personnel at all levels to facilitate future sales and identify key decision makers.- Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services by developing solutions or collaborating with sales, research, marketing, and technical support.- Demonstrate effective change leadership and build strategic partnerships across AF Solutions organizations.- Implement and monitor strategies outlined by the quarterly action plan for the area.- Coordinate territory and sales management efforts to build strategic partnerships that further business objectives.- Develop relationships with key referring physicians, fellows, and external professionals to promote market development and growth.- Train and maintain knowledge of clinical trial protocols, standard operating procedures, and compliance with global regulatory requirements.- Assist in managing clinical trial activity within the assigned territory.- Educate clinical investigators on protocols, processes, and investigational products.Required Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of 3D cardiac mapping system experience, or a minimum of 10 years in medical device sales, clinical electrophysiology, or equivalent education and experience.- Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to discuss and explain complex technical product information.Preferred Qualifications- NASPE/IBHRE CEPS certification.- Work experience in atrial fibrillation, cardiac mapping, or structural heart procedures.- Existing usage of a 3D cardiac mapping system.- MS or advanced degree in business or healthcare.CompensationMinimum Salary: $76,100Maximum Salary: $125,100Compensation is commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training.
