Looking for an experienced nursing leader for the Peace Villa. If you are passionate about providing effective and efficient delivery of hospital services, please look into this position.

In accordance with established vision and values of the organization, the Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) practices in accordance with the standards of professional practice and code of ethics as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as well as within a resident and family-centered care model. The RN or RPN practices in a variety of clinical settings and is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care. Working in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, the RN or RPN ensures the delivery of resident–centered care by assisting individual residents and their families respond to changing health care needs.





The RN or RPN demonstrates a specialized body of knowledge and bases practice on nursing science and related content from other sciences and humanities.

Peace Villa is attached to the new Fort St. John Hospital via a corridor link.

Villa is a 115-bed facility, including one respite bed.

Villa provides Recreational Therapy Services 5 days a week. Pastoral and Spiritual Services are provided by the Peace Villa Worship Services and community volunteers. There is a Volunteer Program in place to support recreational activities. Hairdressing and barber services are available on site for a fee determined by the service provider.

Villa also provides an on-site integrated community adult day program, operating 5 days a week.

Current Wage : As of April 1, 2024 the new wage is: $52.39 - $66.65/hour
