Professional Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical to provide high-quality patient care in a rural healthcare setting. The successful candidate will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Provide assessment, treatment, and ongoing monitoring of Medical-Surgical patients

✔ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

✔ Develop and implement patient care plans

✔ Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition

✔ Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams

✔ Maintain accurate clinical documentation

✔ Follow infection control and patient safety standards

Qualifications





✔ Active RN registration with BCCNM

✔ Recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience required

✔ Current BLS/CPR Certification

✔ ACLS considered an asset

✔ Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills

✔ Rural or remote nursing experience is an asset

Position Details

- Pay: $49.00 - $58.00/hour (T4)
- Travel: Fully covered
- Accommodation: Fully provided
- Schedule: Full-time hours as per facility needs
- Shift: Days, evenings, nights, and weekends as required
