About Shift Physiotherapy

Shift Physiotherapy is a growing, patient-focused physiotherapy clinic located alongside a medical office alongside family physicians and sports medicine specialists. We provide personalized, evidence-based physiotherapy with an emphasis on one-on-one care, hands-on treatment, and long-term functional recovery.

As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values mentorship, clinical skill development, and working in a supportive, professional environment.

Tamil-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply, as many of our patients speak Tamil.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Registered Physiotherapist who is passionate about patient care and professional growth. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced clinician, you will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and clinical support to help you succeed in your role.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality one-on-one physiotherapy care using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, referring physicians, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

- Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (Residents Welcome to Apply)
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered physiotherapy.
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop clinical skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- New graduates are welcome—full mentorship and training provided.
