A well reputable Endoscopy Clinic in Mississauga is seeking an enthusiastic Part time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to work in a challenging and quick paced environment. You will be providing nursing care to patients in the Operating room and Recovery area.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing patient care and assisting the physician in the operating room
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of the patient in the operating room.
Pre-procedure and post-procedure phases for the patients undergoing diagnostic or screening endoscopies
Qualifications:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Valid BLS Required
- Excellent organizational skills and flexibility.
- Committed to professional development and strong knowledge of policy and practice
Standards.
Experience:
Minimum one year as RPN experience required
Experience in an endoscopies clinic will be preferred
Excellent in IV skills.
