We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse/assistant to join our healthcare team at Seva Medical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting, ensuring that all medical protocols and standards are met. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, medication administration, and patient care practices. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the recovery and well-being of patients.

Responsibilities

- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and provide compassionate support.
- Participate in continuous education and training to enhance nursing skills.

- able to perform EKG or willing to learn
- able to administer injection
- knowledge with ability to assist provider with procedures such as suturing, I& D,



casting, dressings
- comfort and knowledge with public health vaccines/immunizations as per schedule, catch up schedule etc
- comfort with providing care to all populations including paediatrics, adults, prenatal/OB, seniors

Qualifications

- Valid nursing license in the state of practice. Or clinical assistant certification
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and hospital protocols.
- Experience in medication administration and patient care is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care with empathy and professionalism.
