What You’ll Do:

- Empower Clients: Provide exceptional therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals.
- Manage Your Clinical Work: Develop appropriate treatment plans, maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation, review client progress, and practise in accordance with your regulatory college's ethical and professional standards.
- Innovate & Collaborate: Work with a dynamic team of therapists, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.
- Continue to Grow: Stay current with psychotherapy practices, professional standards, and your own areas of clinical interest and specialization.

What We’re Looking For:

- Licensed Therapist: Registered and in good standing with CRPO or the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
- Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
- Compassion & Empathy:



A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centred care.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Technology Knowledge: Has knowledge and ability to use Google Suite, and Jane.
- Weekend availability, particularly Saturday and/or Sunday

Position Details

- Independent contractor position
- Part-time / casual
- Hybrid role
- Virtual psychotherapy across Ontario
- In-person sessions available in Vaughan / Concord
- Adaptable scheduling based on therapist and client availability
- Some evening and/or weekend availability is an required - Preference will be given to candidates who can offer consistent Saturday and/or Sunday availability.
- Compensation: CA$75–CA$120 per clinical hour
