We’re adding another therapist to our team and are looking for someone who values a supportive environment, collaborative culture, and a caseload that grows steadily but sustainably. Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality therapy to individuals and couples
- Maintain ethical practice in alignment with the College of Alberta Psychologists
- Work autonomously while contributing to a supportive team culture
- Build and sustain a consistent caseload
- Uphold trauma-informed, evidence-based clinical standards
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling sessions tailored to patient needs, utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements





- Valid license or certification as a Registered Psychologist (or Provisionally Registered Psychologist) in Alberta
- If Provisional, must have an external supervisor
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction, documentation, and teamwork.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Genuine, relational, client centered approach
- Training in working with couples (Gottman, EFT), families or EMDR considered an asset
