About: IronMind Wellness Inc. is a multidisciplinary mental health and wellness clinic based in Bathurst, New Brunswick. We provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, couples, families, and organizations through counselling, trauma therapy, Brainspotting, coaching, and wellness services. Our mission is to make high-quality mental health care accessible while fostering resilience, personal growth, and healthier communities.

Our team in Bathurst is expanding while also opening a current location in Caraquet.

We are currently seeking a registered therapist, registered social worker, or registered psychologist to join our growing private practice in a hybrid independent contractor role. We are especially interested in professionals who want to focus on:

- Men’s mental health
- Couples
- LGBTQ+
- Brainspotting
- EMDR
- Group facilitation
- Offering services in French

We’re looking for someone who:

Qualifications:

- Master’s level education Registered (or eligible for registration) in New Brunswick
- Experience providing individual and/or couples therapy
- Strong clinical documentation and professional standards
- Brainspotting/EMDR training considered an asset
- Bilingualism (English & French) considered a strong asset for Bathurst position. Required for Caraquet position.
