We are expanding our team and looking for intuitive, grounded, and professional Reiki Practitioners who are passionate about supporting clients in restoring energetic balance, releasing stress, and facilitating deep self-healing.

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Reiki Practitioners (First Degree, Second Degree, or Reiki Master Level) on a flexible part-time or contract basis. In this role, you will hold a calm, sacred space for clients to receive energy work, supporting their emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being alongside our broader wellness offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct professional, high-vibrational Reiki energy healing sessions tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide clear pre-session consultations and post-session grounding/aftercare guidance.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and pristine therapeutic environment.
- Maintain respectful, confidential, and professional client notes/records.
- Collaborate within an integrative wellness environment, upholding the values and vision of ReThink Consciousness.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Certification: Certified Reiki Practitioner (Reiki Level II or Master / Teacher Level preferred)



from a recognized tradition (e.g., Usui Reiki).
- Additional training in complementary modalities (e.g., Sound Healing, Breathwork, Somatic Energy Work, or Chakra Balancing) is a strong asset.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience delivering professional energy healing sessions.
- Insurance: Active Professional Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
- Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional professional boundaries, and a grounded, client-centered approach.
