You will ensure dietary preferences are met while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. With two or more years in quantity food preparation, including therapeutic diets, your expertise will contribute to our residents' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in food preparation for meal assembly
• Oversee food service while respecting dietary preferences




• Maintain cleanliness in dietary functions per regulations
• Manage food costs and minimize wastage
• Take on departmental operations in FSM's absence
Requirements:
• Culinary program graduate with recent food handler's certificate
• Minimum two years in quantity food preparation
• Knowledge of Canadian Food Guide and HACCP
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Keen interest in working with seniors
